By accessing our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
The Block supplies natural stone — primarily Pennsylvania Bluestone and Lueders Limestone — to homeowners, contractors, builders, and design professionals. We provide quotes, samples, and delivery. Information on our website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and current pricing and availability. Pricing, lead times, and stock are subject to change until an order is confirmed in writing. An order is only binding once we have confirmed it and, where applicable, received any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment made will be refunded.
Natural stone varies in color, veining, texture, size, and thickness. Samples and photographs are representative only and the material delivered may differ in appearance. Slight variation within standard industry tolerances is a characteristic of natural stone, not a defect. We recommend reviewing samples and confirming finishes before ordering.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring safe, lawful access to the delivery site and for inspecting material on arrival. Please report any visible damage or shortage at the time of delivery so we can address it promptly.
Payment terms will be set out in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as stated on the invoice. Title to the material remains with The Block until payment is received in full.
Because natural stone is a custom-ordered product, returns may be limited. If you believe there is an error with your order, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Claims regarding quantity or visible condition should be made at or shortly after delivery.
The content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to The Block Stone Supply and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm The Block or others. We may suspend or restrict access if these Terms are violated.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Block is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
